Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. For hand-signed prints, additional time may be required to ensure each piece is signed and carefully packaged.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen shipping speed. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days after processing.
• International Orders: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on customs and shipping services in your country.

Please note that any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays. We’ll do our best to notify you if there are any significant disruptions.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at julia@juliastroudart.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
